Key Features:
Paragraphing (introduction, 3 key points with evidence, conclusion)
Open with a statement of the issue being addressed
State your position on the issue- FOR or AGAINST something
Main body of text needs your key arguments supported with evidence
Specialist evidence, 'scientists suggest...'
Quote other people
Conclude with a summary and repeat the case you want your reader to consider
Use mainly the present tense 'we are' 'it is important that...'
