Top 100 Books (According to the TES)

In the summer of 2015, the TES compiled an article suggesting the 100 books that all children completing Year 6 (aged 11) should have read. This list is obviously not aimed to be a checklist to work through, rather a guide towards picking books if we're ever struggling for that next read. We should be, as adults and as teachers, guiding our budding readers towards all genres as well, so I am not going to place the following 100 books in any order or sort according to age group or gender. The aim here is to not just provide a list of books but offer links to resources, ideas, comprehension activities, videos and so on that link with each of the texts. I hope you will find this of some use. If you have any links to resources that I've not found, please let me know in the form at the bottom of the page.
